Step into the shoes of a French aristocrat and restore, expand and prepare his estate for future conflict while establishing your own distinct style of government in Noble’s Life: Kingdom Reborn.
Gentle Griffons, a small independent Polish studio, today announced their upcoming title, a combination of medieval noble simulator and strategy. In Noble’s Life: Kingdom Reborn, players become a French aristocrat during the Hundred Years War, whose lands were plundered. His duty is to rebuild, develop and prepare his domain for a new war while finding his unique style of decision.
Prepare to win all wars
The foundation of Noble’s Life: Kingdom Reborn will constitute a substantial economic layer, which will be buried under dramatized decisions made by the player interacting with subjects, advisers, or his army, rather than displayed in multiple tables.
Thanks to this, a nobleman’s domain will be able to follow a variety of growth paths. The player character can prioritize areas of the game such as economics, military, diplomacy, religion, or alchemy, but they can also just live a rich and noisy life. However, everything has ramifications.
Another essential aspect of the game will be to prepare our city for a siege as the enemy army approaches. The player achieves this, for example, by storing resources and developing a defensive strategy. However, when the adversary storms the walls, the user can directly command the defense in real time.
The game focuses on portraying the life of a medieval nobleman on a small scale, but in a very immersive way. This will be accomplished through an organic user interface, a heavy dose of historical realism, and a plethora of options. As a result, each player can develop their own style of governance.
Noble’s Life: Kingdom Reborn doesn’t have a release date yet, but you can add it to your Steam wishlist right now.
